• We ship across India.

• For bulk or corporate orders, we also provide pan-India delivery solutions.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• Bulk and customized orders may take longer, depending on order size and personalization needs.

Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are included in the product price (no additional fees).

• Any express or special delivery requests may incur extra charges, which will be communicated prior to confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

• Remote or rural locations may require extra time.

• Bulk/corporate gifting orders: delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.

• You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

• For large corporate orders outside India, please contact us directly.

Delays & Exceptions

• Delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes).

• Counselor is not responsible for delays once the product has been handed over to the courier partner.
